The Dental Technician course trains you as a specialized professional in the creation of dental prosthetics.
You will work closely with dentists, creating custom denture equipment (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.)
following precise medical prescriptions. It’s a job that combines craft precision with scientific skills.

Dental anatomy and physiology: detailed knowledge of tooth structure, gums and the
chewing system
Dental laboratory techniques: creation of fixed prosthetics (crowns, bridges), removable (dentures) and

implants
Dental materials: properties and characteristics of resins, ceramics, metal alloys used in prosthetics
CAD design and CAM milling: use of 3D software and computer-controlled machines to create
precise
prosthetics
Gnathology: study of jaw relationships and tooth contact (occlusion)
Health and hygiene regulations: compliance with sterilization, hygiene and safety rules in the laboratory
Working with the dentist: professional communication and collaboration with the prescribing doctor

Dental technician (with licensing after state exams), dental laboratory technician, fixed or removable

technical-practical teacher. You can also continue university studies in medicine, dentistry, dental hygiene
or advanced specialization courses (orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry).
